How it works

Onboard a client

Five steps turn a new client into their own suborganisation, ready to screen.

1

Create

Set up the suborganisation

Create the suborganisation under your parent organisation first, then assign users to it. It cannot be moved later, so place it right in your structure.

  • Create it before adding users
  • Flat and wide, or deep and nested
  • Its own Compliance Officer

Fill in the client's Details tab with a name, address, country and time zone. The Org ID ties batch files and API calls back to this client.

  • Assign an Org ID yourself
  • Country drives the time zone
  • Upload a report logo

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about the Compliance as a Business partner model.

What is Compliance as a Business?

It is the MemberCheck partner model: your firm runs MemberCheck under its own brand and resells screening, monitoring and due diligence to its own clients, who each sit in a suborganisation of your account.

Can we serve many clients with different rules?

Yes. List Access scope, scan settings, custom watchlists, risk settings and monitoring settings are configured independently per suborganisation, so each client is set up the way it needs.

How many people can use it?

Unlimited Advanced, Standard, Billing, Data Entry and Auditor users per organisation or suborganisation, with up to 3 Compliance Officers each. Access Rights narrow what any single account can see and do.

What will our clients see?

Your organisation logo in the portal, your logo on exported reports, and your own suborganisation names and Org IDs. The platform reads as yours.

How do we run volume and automation?

Batch files up to 30 MB in CSV, XML or ZIP, and the REST API on API V3 with per-region documentation and an interactive Developer Centre. Give integrations their own service account and key.

How does a risk change reach us?

Monitoring updates arrive by email to your Compliance Officers or organisation email, or at your own callback URL, and every run is listed in Monitoring Results.

What can we show an auditor?

Organisation Activity, Organisation Group Activity, Monitoring, Monitoring Group Summary, Individual and Corporate Due Diligence and the Results Summary Report, in PDF, Word, Excel or CSV, with the full decision, risk, comment and document history.
